WE TAKE YOU TO PLACES YOU'VE NEVER BEEN
According to the 2023 Global Culture Report by McKinsey & Company, since the pandemic two thirds of employees are now reflecting on their purpose in life and re-examining the work they do. PwC found that fulfillment at work is just as important as higher pay when people considered a job change. In fact, 83% of employees said “finding meaning in day-to-day work” was a top priority for them, and 69% of employees would change employers for better job fulfillment. One out of three employees would even take a job with lower pay if it was more fulfilling.
For the Christian, this issue goes beyond mere job satisfaction. What if you could merge a career, workplace, and a calling where you were sent by God to join in His work in the world? What if you could experience God everyday in and through your career - and see the impact you make as you work alongside the mission of God? Is that a place where you have been?

WE WILL SHOW YOU THINGS YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN
It is a rare Christian believer today who understands the mission of God in the world and his or her role in it. So much confusion exists while the scripture is clear that each and every believer has been designed for mission, sent on assignment and gifted for a specific reason.
See where God is at work in your family, neighborhood, community and workplace. Discover ways to participate in God's mission of redemption, reconciliation, restoration and renewal.
